I work they way I do because

People are happier when they feel connected to the place they work.

Many teams I work with don’t fully comprehend the emotional connection they have with their brand - their workplace. At least, they don’t when we begin our work together.

All my workshops and content creation services ‘start with the heart.’ Asking questions like: what is the emotional core of the story we are telling? Why should we care?

If we know the heart, then our head and hands can operate with confidence.

Before we can build bridges of comprehension and trust with our clients - we must build them with each other.

I have found that when teams help create their brand and the associated marketing materials, they get behind the personality, the tone of voice, and the ideas, plus they feel more connected to the organisation.

Not only that, but they also share a common vision, aspiring to similar future outcomes. When we are in the same waka, it’s nice to be rowing in the same direction.

The process

Brief: We talk about your brand, your culture, the vision to which you aspire.

Plan: Either I align your team with one of my existing content creation packages, or we craft one especially for you.

Prepare: We line up the place, the people, the talent and equipment.

Execute: Lights, maybe camera… interaction. In office or out and about, we learn skills and create content together that is meaningful.

Follow up: You receive a piece of marketing collateral that is not only a key part of your toolkit but it is also backed by the team who had a hand in its creation.
