Vision & Values Workshop.

How we behave, what we believe and what we look forward to are foundational components of a brand personality. 

Every organisation has a set of moral principles upon which it operates. As companies grow, the need for a codified set of principles increases because these operational, behavioural and inspirational guidelines need to be consistent across all departments and locations.

Values are:

  • Ideas we believe to be true,

  • Behaviours we think are positive,

  • Beliefs we share,

  • Benchmarks we have set,

  • Goals to which we aspire

When I work with teams on their Vision and Values I look for the ideas that set the business apart. The behaviours that shape your unique personality and give the team common goals to look forward to. Otherwise known as The Legacy values: what are known for - the ideas that have shaped you thus far, and The Inspirational: the goals and ideas to which we aspire.
